Firstly, you can contact us for a demonstration which will take 30-40 minutes. After that, if you are not sure if you are ready to start the free trial, we can give you access to a test site. As it contains no “real” data you can try out the system without signing a contract.

How do I get started with the free trial and how long does it take?

Once you decide to start using HeuroMate, we will send you our one-month free trial contract and a short questionnaire to help us create your account; this will take a day or two. After that we will upload any data that you want such as student and parent details. Then we start training your staff on the basic features and functions of the system. Typically, a school is using HueroMate semi-independently within a week.

What if I don't want to take the system after the free trial?

The free trial contract expires after one month without you needing to do anything. If you want to continue, just let us know.

Can we import our student and other data from our current system into HeuroMate?

Yes. We will give you Excel sheets for you to copy your data onto and upload it into your school’s HeuroMate account for you free of charge.

How long are the contracts for and how can I stop?

We charge monthly in advance for active schools, so if you want to stop using HeuroMate, deactivate your students and there is nothing to pay for.

Is training and support provided and what is the cost?

Full training and ongoing support is provided via Zoom, Skype etc. free of charge for as long as and as often as you may need it.
